3Account Security

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile financial service used for the deposit.

  • Account verification must be completed before withdrawal.
  • Bonus-related funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
  • ff111 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.
  • Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.3 Transaction Verification

ff111 reserves the right to verify documents for any transaction. You are required to provide accurate and consistent information. Submitting false or altered documents will result in account termination.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ff111 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 20 times (20x) the bonus amount — wagering is calculated on the bonus funds only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Terms

  • The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
  • Bonuses are only usable on games designated by ff111.
  • Winnings earned from a bonus are withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
  • ff111 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
  • If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
  • Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts is prohibited.

5.4 VIP Program

The ff111 VIP program has three tiers. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.3% weekly cashback, the Silver tier up to 0.5%, and the Gold tier up to 0.8% weekly cashback. Tier progression depends on consistent play activity. ff111 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

The ff111 platform offers a variety of games including slots, fishing games, sports betting, and live casino. Each game has its own rules that must be understood before play begins.

6.1 Betting Decisions

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. The user is considered to have placed the bet knowingly and of their own free will. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, ff111 will make a decision at its own discretion.

6.2 Technical Issues

ff111 is not liable for losses caused by server outages, internet disconnections, or software errors. In such cases, ff111 makes decisions in accordance with recognized industry standards.

7Prohibited Activities

  • Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds
  • Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games
  • Opening multiple accounts to collect bonus benefits
  • Colluding with other users to strategically harm the platform
  • Submitting fraudulent payments or chargebacks
  • Operating an account on behalf of a minor
  • Attempting unauthorized access to ff111's systems
  • Operating an account under a misleading or false identity

8Account Suspension & Closure

  • Regulatory or legal directives

8.2 Closure by the User
